Stay close to the heart of Downtown Vancouver in this updated 1921 home filled with historic charm and modern comforts. The home accommodates up to eight guests and features a king bed, queen bed, twin trundle, sleeper sofa, two bathrooms, a Pac-Man arcade game, and an inflatable hot tub. A park for children and dogs is just one block away, while restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and Portland are within easy reach.

The space

This charming two-story home blends its original 1921 character with thoughtful updates and comfortable spaces for families, professionals, and extended stays.

The main level features an inviting living room, dining nook, fully equipped kitchen with open shelving, a bedroom with a queen bed, a flexible sleeping room with a twin trundle, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Downstairs, guests will find a bedroom with a king bed, a comfortable family room with a sleeper sofa, a writing desk, a wireless printer, and a second full bathroom with a shower.

Two Roku TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to relax or work remotely. Younger guests can enjoy the cozy loft play area with toys, games, books, and a reading hammock. A Pac-Man arcade game provides additional entertainment for guests of all ages.

Outside, enjoy the deck, patio dining area, BBQ grill, and inflatable hot tub.

Family-friendly items—including a crib, toddler bed, Pack ’n Play, high chair, and safety gates—may be available upon request. Please request these items before arrival so we can prepare the home accordingly.

Please enter the correct number of guests when booking so we can provide the appropriate bedding, towels, and supplies.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire main house and its designated outdoor areas.

Please note that a separate, detached guesthouse is located at the rear of the property and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The main house and guesthouse have separate entrances. When available, both homes may be reserved together for larger groups—please contact us before booking for availability.

Other things to note

• The home accommodates a maximum of eight guests. • Pets are welcome with prior approval but are not permitted on furniture or beds. • The hot tub is an inflatable model located outdoors. • A separate guesthouse at the rear of the property may be occupied by other guests. • Furnishings, bedding, paint colors, and décor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos. • Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and driveway areas only; there are no cameras inside the home. • Smoking, vaping, parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. • Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home may result in additional cleaning and damage charges.
