Enjoy convenient access to local shopping, dining, parks, and outdoor recreation while having a comfortable place to settle in.

The space

Built in 2024, this modern three-bedroom home offers fresh finishes, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for up to six guests.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Primary suite with one king bed and a private bathroom • Second bedroom with one queen bed • Third bedroom with two twin beds

The open living area provides a comfortable place to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, and other essentials for preparing meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy dinner outdoors using the BBQ grill.

The home includes three Smart TVs—one in the living room, one in the primary bedroom, and one in the garage game room.

The two-car garage is currently arranged as a game room with a Smart TV, foosball table, board games, and lounge space. For longer stays, the garage may be converted back to parking when requested at the time of booking.

Outside, guests can relax in the hot tub or enjoy the private, fully fenced yard—especially convenient for families traveling with children or approved pets.

The home is located near Battle Ground shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and outdoor destinations, including Battle Ground Lake State Park and Lewisville Regional Park. It is well suited for family visits, work assignments, relocations, insurance housing, and extended stays.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire home, fully fenced yard, hot tub, and garage game room.

For longer reservations, the garage may be converted from a game room back into a functional two-car garage when requested at the time of booking. Please contact us before arrival if garage parking is needed.

Other things to note

• The home accommodates a maximum of six guests. • Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival and are not permitted on furniture or beds. • The garage is normally arranged as a game room. Garage parking must be requested in advance and is generally intended for longer stays. • Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. • Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor entry areas only; there are no cameras inside the home. • Do not cover, disconnect, or tamper with any exterior security equipment. • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. • Parties, events, unauthorized guests, and excessive noise are not permitted.
